2023 Travel Club Terms and Conditions

Please have the tour arrive 15 minutes early for check-in

The presentation is approximately 90-120 minutes.

No More than 5 in a party.

The presentation includes a group slideshow and a property tour.

This is NOT a timeshare presentation.

Must have photo IDs with matching last names or addresses (or proof, i.e. bills in their name, marriage license, etc)
25-72 years old (one can be as young as 23 but both must be under 75 or under)
$40,000 combined gross income
No tour has attended any Travel NxtGen Travel Club presentation within the last 12 months and no more than twice
